I can’t let another day go by in this new year without encouraging you to write down your goals for this year. Remember, it is never too late to make a goal or set an intention to manifest something you want to do, have or be! Take the time for yourself and imagine what would make you the happiest during 2025.
It’s true that I create 106 goals every year. Do I accomplish all of them? Of course not! But those goals that I do accomplish remind me of how important this process is to my life.
One of my goals for 2025 is: The number of people subscribing to or following The Rose podcast exceeds all my expectations.
Will you help me reach that goal?
It’s easy! Wherever you listen to podcasts, find our show ‘Let’s Talk About Your Breasts’ and subscribe! You will love some of them and I know you will get a kick out of listening to Dr. Dixie or Dr. Raz!! I promise you’ll learn something new about breast cancer, mammograms, our patients and supports and The Rose. I really would appreciate your support.
Some tips on creating your goals:
First, write them down. Whether using a pen and paper or on a computer, it does not matter. This step ensures your brain has engaged the Universe to accomplish whatever is for your highest good.
Second, use the present tense. Start your sentences with I am, I have, I accomplish or, my favorite, I explore! Avoid using words such as ‘want,’ ‘need’ or ‘will’ because those words set something in motion that guarantees you’ll keep wanting or needing or you may, someday, get it done.
Third, have fun! One section of my list is devoted to ‘Outrageous Goals’ and that gives me permission to dream up anything I can imagine! I also have sections labeled Maintenance Goals, Together Goals (with my husband) and The Rose Goals.
Once you’ve written them, put them or save a copy of them in a special place. You will be amazed how many came true when you read them next January!
We aired my podcast about goals this past week. Go listen to it, you’ll hear some other ideas and great examples. https://therose.org/podcasts/who-do-you-want-to-be-at-the-end-of-this-year-2/
2024 flew by and 2025 will seem even faster! Let’s make this year the best ever!
All my Best!!
